Getting to this point has taken a huge amount of work, care, and dedication from everyone involved.
We’ve poured so much time and energy into building this world, shaping the experience, and making sure it feels as fun and chaotic as we always imagined it would.

June has been a huge month for the board game mode. We’ve added a lot of the core pieces, polished up the flow, and spent plenty of time tightening things up across the game to make everything feel smoother and clearer.
We are really happy with the progress we have made and can't wait for you to play <3
Key Highlights
Board Game: protective shield, teleport, dice movement, item inventory, discard, and placement improvements. New board view, winner screen, crown visuals, and phase/menu updates.Better item handling, clearer placement rules, and fixes for illegal or awkward interactions. More polish with VFX, SFX, animations, and performance improvements.
Customization Station: emote fixes and added more cosmetics.
Party Games: fixes and improvements landed in Secret Scroll, Hopping Hurdles, Bump-a-Ball, and Boomkyn Battle.
We’ve also been testing the playtest build as we go, so a lot of the work this month has been about making sure the game feels stable and ready for the final steps.

May has been a big month for the Board Game mode, with a steady stream of polish across the game. We’ve been tightening up a lot of the little things, improving usability, and making sure the core systems feel more solid as we keep building.
A few highlights
Board Game Mode: Lots of fixes around item placement, inventory interaction, shields, teleporters, and player visibility, new tile colors, player positioning, item descriptions, toolbox timing, and bomb updates.
Customization Station: Emote wheel, radial menu, and controller/keyboard fixes.
UI & Polish: A bunch of smaller UI tweaks, removed unused elements, and smoother menus overall.
Party Games: Fixes in Rolling Rally, Dental Dodger, Bump-A-Ball, and Hopping Hurdles.
We’ve also been doing a lot of testing to make sure these changes actually feel good in play.

Just wanted to share an update on what the team's been up to this April. This month has been a big one for polish, gameplay feel, and overall stability. We’ve been working across casual game mode, board game mode, customization, UI, and a long list of fixes behind the scenes.
With plenty of testing along the way!
What We've Been Working On:
Casual Game Mode: EXP and rewards are now working with new visuals.
Stats: Navigation now responds instantly.
Board Game Mode: A number of fixes have landed as development continues.
Customization Station: New UI is in, along with the redesigned emote wheel.
Item Visibility: The customization screen now shows the cosmetics you can unlock through play and when you unlock them.
UI & Controls: Several improvements to buttons, menus, interactions, and controller/keyboard handling.
Player Profile: Camera issues are fixed.
Attic: Jumping and input issues have been addressed.

We’d love to properly introduce Forgotten Playland: Party Edition to you.
Forgotten Playland is an online 4‑player party game where abandoned plush toys, the PlushKyn, have turned a dusty attic into their own chaotic playground. Each session is a series of fast, competitive party games where you dodge traps, bump friends off platforms, race through wild obstacle courses, and try to be the last PlushKyn standing.
Our Board Game mode, inspired by the classic Snakes-and-Ladders, turns the attic floor into a living game board: roll dice, move across tiles, jump on springs, try not to get eaten by snakes, gain items, and play party games as you go. It’s part party game, part digital board game, and always a bit unfair in the funniest way.
Between matches you hang out in the Attic hub (with up to 32 players): explore themed corners, practice moves, show off your custom PlushKyn and just vibe with other players. You can mix and match different parts to create your own look, then jump straight back into the chaos.
Our goal with Forgotten Playland is simple: make a cozy but slightly mischievous party game that feels great to play with friends, whether you’re sweating the win or just laughing when someone gets yeeted of the arena.
