Welcome pilots!
You spoke and we have listened, the community feeling was that the new physics, while a more accurate simulation, felt floaty compared to our original version.
Since we released last week we've been hard a work rebuilding and testing to create what we feel is a significant upgrade to both simulation quality and flight feel.
We look forward to hearing your feedback and as ever let us know what you think, we are listening.

The Open Alpha Multiplayer is Here!
The biggest focus of development over the past few months has been getting Firehawk ready for multiplayer. The base is now in place and we want your feedback!
Here's how the multiplayer rollout is planned:
Phase 1 : Private Alpha (Discord testing) Complete Testing the technical quality of the multiplayer mode: does the tech behind flying and shooting each other feel good and play well? We also gathered early feedback on which game modes players find most fun.
Phase 2 : Open Alpha. We are here! A collection of the most popular game modes and community suggestions in their raw form. This phase helps us learn which modes you enjoy most, so we know where to invest development time. Includes dedicated server support for the biggest regions.
Phase 3 : Open Beta A more tailored and polished experience, leaning heavily into the most popular modes discovered during the Alpha.
Phase 4 : Full Multiplayer Release The big launch, featuring proper matchmaking and a final competitive mode (we hope to one day break into esports). This will release alongside our Co-op Survival mode!
Available Game Modes
Death Race : Be the fastest to complete 3 laps. Shoot and block your rivals as you race for the finish line.
Domination : Capture the Domination Point by flying inside the sphere, then defend it from the enemy team.
Bounty Hunter : Capture the starting point to become the bounty and rack up points. Hunters score nothing, so dodge and weave to stay ahead and win.
Free For All : Straightforward chaos: one massive battle, everyone for themselves.
Team Deathmatch : Grab your friends and dominate the opposing team.
Gun Game : Show your all-round skill. First to get a kill with all 15 weapons wins — but don't crash, it'll set you back!
Capture the Flag : Guard your team's flag while capturing the enemy's.
How to join the Alpha The Multiplayer enabled Alpa build is now on steam you can access it with the password FireMultiplayer To access the build go to Library on steam-> firehawk FPV-> Properties -> Game versions & Beta -> Enter Access code FireMultiplayer and click check code
A heads-up on bugs
We expect some bugs and unbalanced gameplay at this stage, please do call them out! Just note that they won't all be fixed immediately, unless something is blocking you from playing and giving us feedback.
For any discussion or feedback, head to the community hub, our Discord, or Answer the questionnaire you will find in the multiplayer menu.
Excited to keep building this with you.

New physics new UI and Paving the Way for Multiplayer
Big news: we're rolling out our first major physics and UI update. As well as opening the doors to the public open Alpha for multiplayer!
We've been hard at work polishing Firehawk, and this update brings two of the biggest changes yet.
New physics
Firehawk now runs on its own fully custom physics engine, built with point-of-rotor thrust for far more realistic drone flight. Rates have moved to the ProBetaflight format.
We went through many iterations to land on a flight model that feels more realistic and gives you more control — while keeping that fantastic edge of unrealism that makes Firehawk FPV what it is.
A fresh look
The entire UI has had an overhaul to match the Firehawk vibe: new icons, a new colour scheme, and all-round visual improvements. This is an ongoing process, so stick with us as we keep dragging things into the 21st century.
And the big one: Multiplayer
The largest focus over the past few months has been getting the game ready for multiplayer. With that foundation now in place, we can shift back toward new content alongside our big multiplayer push.
Want in on the Alpha? Details on how to access it are coming in our next community post.
We are incredibly excited to drop our biggest content update since the survival game mode release for Firehawk. We’ve expanded the game with a brand-new map to master, a massive arsenal of new gear, new missions, and a brutal new boss fight that will put your flying skills to the ultimate test.
On top of the new content, we’ve overhauled the visuals and done some serious under-the-hood tuning to make sure your flights are smoother and better-looking than ever.
Here is everything coming to Firehawk FPV in today’s update:

6 New Weapons: Whether you prefer rapid-fire suppression or heavy-hitting precision, these six new weapons will bring a SPARK to your playstyle.
2 New Gadgets: Unlock new tactical possibilities with two brand-new gadgets designed to give you the upper hand in sticky situations.
4 New Roguelike Drones: Change up your runs! We’ve added four entirely new roguelike drones, each bringing unique buffs, playstyles, and synergies to your loadout.
Graphical Overhaul: We’ve given the game a massive facelift! You'll notice significantly improved textures, lighting, and environmental details, alongside highly polished, upgraded weapon models.
Performance Boosts: We’ve optimized the graphics to ensure higher, more stable frame rates.
Bug Squashing: We’ve tracked down and patched out a ton of community-reported bugs to make this the most stable version of the game yet.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been flying with us, providing feedback, and supporting the game. We can't wait to see your clips and hear what you think of the new loadouts!

We're excited to release a fresh new gamemode for Firehawk which will test your FPV skills to the limit!
Survival mode brings an intense new game mode where you pick and map and then battle against increasingly difficult waves of enemies and bosses as long as you can.
Each wave you complete, you'll be offered a selection of new increasingly powerful weapons and drone upgrades, to try and keep up with the onslaught. You'll also be offered drone and stat upgrades, so you can decide how you shape your drone as you progress through the waves.
Earn cash as you progress then hunt down the shop dropship when it spawns to get even more powerful upgrades.
We had a lot of fun making and testing this new mode and we think it plays really differently to the existing roguelite mode, so jump in, try it out and if you want to chat to us about the update, do join our growing Discord!
