Thank you for playing DRAPLINE!
It has now been one year since DRAPLINE launched in Early Access.
Far more players have picked up the game than we ever imagined when the project first began, and your impressions and feedback have continued to encourage us throughout development.
And just the other day, we finally reached the last major update before the full release!
Our original plan was to launch the full version in summer 2026.
However, in order to further enrich the game’s content, we would like to extend the Early Access period just a little longer,
and aim for a full release in fall 2026 instead.
That said, development has already entered its final stages,
and we expect to continue moving forward without greatly changing our usual pace of “one major update roughly every three months.”
So today, we would like to introduce the various new additions coming with the full release!
========================================
A new scenario will be added after “DAYS OF TORNADO,” in which you face the fate surrounding the Divine Dragon:
“DRAGON’S DISCIPLINE”!
The text for this scenario, which will add over roughly 60,000 characters, is already mostly complete. It will depict the story surrounding the Divine Dragon and the Dragon-Sealing Sword, new sides of the Calamity Dragons, and the conclusion to everything.
If you meet plenty of Calamity Dragons now and unlock at least one “Fragment of Space-Time,” you may be able to play “DRAGON’S DISCIPLINE” more smoothly once the scenario is added.
Upon clearing “DRAGON’S DISCIPLINE,” 25 endings will be unlocked all at once!
Each ending will also have its own dedicated illustration!
The soundtrack will be released alongside the full version!
In addition to the 23 tracks currently implemented in the game, it will include every new track added in “DRAGON’S DISCIPLINE.”
We will be working with a translation company to polish the English and Simplified Chinese translations and make them even better!
========================================
Additionally, the price will increase slightly alongside the full release due to the increase in game content.
If you have not purchased the game yet but are interested, we recommend picking it up early!
(Players who already own the Early Access version will, as always, receive the update for free.)
We will continue development toward the full release in fall 2026.
Once the release date gets closer, we will announce the specific launch date. Thank you for your continued support!
Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, unintended ingredient effect descriptions would display as "????"
Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, battles would start with the turn counter displaying Turn 2
Fixed the behavior of "Charge Lance"
Adjusted the settings save process to improve stability in certain environments
Fixed the 60 FPS limit implementation and added an option to toggle it ON/OFF from SETTINGS
If the game runs unstably on your system, please set the 60 FPS limit to Off
Fixed various other text and bugs
Fixed some display errors
Changed so that Breaths referencing low stats are no longer selected when Breath changes
Limited the game’s maximum FPS to 60 on high refresh rate monitor environments
This should not affect visual effects and should improve overall game stability but please report it if the game becomes excessively unstable
Thank you for waiting. The game has been updated to Ver.0.9.0.

As mentioned at the beginning, Ver.0.9.0 will be the final major update before the full release. We have been releasing major updates roughly once every three months so far, which means the next major update will finally be Ver.1.0.0.
Of course, we will continue to release smaller updates as usual, so no need to worry!
Also, the end of June will mark one year since the start of Early Access. We plan to publish a Steam News post at a later date with an updated schedule leading up to the full release, as well as details on the new scenario and endings that will be added with the full release.
We hope you look forward to that as well!

Choosing who to befriend will therefore affect your strategy throughout the year. It will influence the ending routes in the future.
Dorothy, the new Calamity Dragon, will appear randomly as one of the possible third bosses. Of course, the “Temporal Fragments” system has also been implemented, so if you’d like to specifically fight Dorothy, you may want to set the Meta Progression bonus “Choose 3rd Boss.”

We hope you continue to enjoy DRAPLINE!

As we continued updating the game, DRAPLINE has now reached Ver.0.7.0, and before I knew it, about half a year had already passed since the start of Early Access. Development has been challenging at times, but also incredibly enjoyable, and it honestly felt like the time flew by in an instant.
Being able to work under such circumstances is thanks to the overwhelming number of players who have shared their feedback and impressions—and who, at times, have played the game so deeply that it even surpasses the creator’s own expectations.
That said, I know many of you are curious about where the story will ultimately lead. I hope you’ll continue to look forward to our regular updates, enjoy the game through repeated runs, and wait with us for the conclusion of DRAPLINE’s story, which will be implemented alongside the full release!

When playing "DRAPLINE" on systems capable of high refresh rates (such as gaming monitors), the game may run at unintended FPS, potentially causing issues.
After launching the game, press \ to check the "FPS" displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. If this significantly exceeds "60 FPS," please set the maximum frame rate for the game using the following steps:
※The following is an example configuration method. ※We will adjust the game in the future to allow FPS limiting from within the game itself.
Open "NVIDIA Control Panel"
Go to "3D Settings" → "Manage 3D settings"
Select the "Program Settings" tab
Select the program to customize → Click "Add" → Select the running "DRAPLINE" and click "Add Selected Program"
Click on the "Max Frame Rate" setting field under "Specify the settings for this program"

Thanks to everyone's support, the game has now surpassed around 30,000 wishlist registrations. We sincerely appreciate all your enthusiasm and support!
"DRAPLINE" is a roguelite growth game where you pick up a perpetually hungry dragon girl and train her to become the strongest dragon over the course of one year.
Each run is designed to take about one hour, allowing players to enjoy fresh new skill builds and training strategies each time.
Supported languages: English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
① You can now play the main scenario "DAYS OF TORNADO" all the way to the ending!
② High-difficulty mode added! Without effective training and careful strategy, it’s extremely challenging — perfect for advanced players.
※ The main scenario is set at a beginner-friendly difficulty level, but the additional modes introduced afterward will drastically increase the challenge. For build lovers, we highly encourage you to take on this intense challenge!
③ UI enhancements! Smoother, more immersive gameplay experience.
④ New skills added, now totaling over 150! Some skills come with debuffs but have massive effects, greatly expanding build freedom and strategic depth.
Additionally, new boss characters and pixel art have been introduced.
・New bosses, including optional hidden bosses ・Additional enemies ・Implementation of "DAYS OF TORNADO Lv.3" (In Lv.3, enemies will have special passive skills and different behaviors, offering an even deeper challenge) ・New appearance patterns for the dragon girl ・New items and skills ・Additional random events ・Balance adjustments based on player feedback
Ultimately, we plan to conclude the Early Access period with the implementation of "Main Scenario 2" (working title), which will feature multiple ending branches, leading up to the official full release.
As this is a solo-developed project, further development may take some time, but we will continue to update "DRAPLINE" steadily toward its full release.
We look forward to your feedback and reviews!
Thank you all for your patience! We're excited to announce that DRAPLINE will enter Early Access on June 30, 2025 (Monday)!
The Early Access version will be priced at ¥1200, with support for English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. A special launch discount will also be available to make it even more accessible!

◆ Point 1: Play the full main scenario “DAYS OF TORNADO”!
◆ Point 2: High-difficulty mode added! Only those who train effectively and plan carefully will be able to survive this challenge. ※The main scenario offers a smooth experience for newcomers, but the high-difficulty mode that follows will be a serious test. Perfect for those who love strategic builds and optimization!
◆ Point 3: Revamped UI for smoother gameplay and deeper immersion!
◆ Point 4: New skills added—now over 150 total! Includes powerful but risky abilities that introduce new layers of strategy and freedom in build customization.
You’ll also find new boss characters and pixel art assets that go far beyond what was available in the demo.
This is where the real DRAPLINE experience begins. Your feedback during Early Access will help shape the game’s future—so we hope you’ll join us at launch!
