Game Version 9190 (Latest Version) - SAFE TO PLAY ✅ If you played the game after August 7, 5:10 PM CEST, your saves are completely safe. The empty warehouse bug has been fixed in this build. You can continue playing and enjoying the Huge Update without any worries!
Version 9178 - SAFE TO PLAY ✅ If you are still on this older version, your saves are perfectly safe. You can make saves without losing your items, and update the game.
Version 9188 - AFFECTED BY THE BUG ⚠️ If you played and saved your game on this specific version after August 6, 7:30 PM CEST, your warehouse unfortunately became empty. Updating to version 9190 prevents this from happening to new saves, but if your save was already affected in version 9188, please be patient. We are working very hard to find a fix to restore your lost materials.

As we said earlier today, we are deeply sorry for the issue with the most recent hotfix that we had to rollback due to the save issue. The team has worked hard and is still working right now to handle the most common issues. ⚠️ Important If you saved your game after 7:30 PM CEST yesterday (August 6), you will still have an empty warehouse, we are working very hard to fix this as soon as possible.

The Modular Construction Warehouse is the operational hub of your new specialization. It houses the Prefabricator, storage areas, and the equipment required to handle building modules. House Designs

House Designs unlock access to new modular house construction contracts. Each new design allows you to take on more challenging jobs and build larger, more prestigious properties. Prefabricator

The Prefabricator is used to produce modules required for modular house construction contracts. To get started, first purchase a house blueprint in the House Designs tab. Overhead Crane

The Overhead Crane is used inside the warehouse to transport completed building modules. It allows you to pick up modules produced by the Prefabricator and place them onto a truck trailer or in a storage area. Roof Dismantling

Roofs don't have to be demolished right away! They can be dismantled piece by piece, allowing you to recover valuable materials. Remove roof tiles, OSB boards, and structural planks, then place them on the appropriate pallets. Construct Walls and Roofs

You can now build walls and roofs to complete missing sections on contracts. Use recovered materials to construct new structures and repair damaged ones. Modular House Construction

Modular homes are built from prefabricated modules produced in the Prefabricator. After transporting them to the construction site, use a crane to place each module into its designated ghost slot. Construction is completed level by level — wall modules are placed first, followed by roof modules. New Resources

New resources mean new opportunities! You can now recover additional materials while dismantling buildings. Take apart roofs to collect roof tiles and OSB boards. Board Pallet

Roof Tile Pallet

Construct Furniture

Building contracts are not limited to walls and roofs. Some tasks require you to place furniture and interior elements in their designated locations. Scaffold Segment

Scaffold Segments provide safe access to elevated work areas during demolition and construction contracts. Once the wall assembly is completed, the roof module installation stage becomes available. Completing the installation of both the walls and the roof results in the completion of the modular house.

This system will make you think what resources to save and store! Previously you could just destroy everything in deconstruction contracts but now you will have to think what can handle a quick work and what you will need to do slower to save resources and use for the construction contracts! 🧱

Alongside new mechanics we are adding more contracts to fit them. With the update you will get a new array of jobs allowing you to become not only a deconstructor but also a builder! Prefabricator 🏭

With the new building contracts you will be able to create modular houses using blueprints and most importantly all the resources that you get from the deconstruction contracts! Everything you had, everything you kept in your warehouse is for you to use in the creation of the houses for your clients! You will have various options to choose from and experience. The finished modules leave the production line one after another. Crane 🏗️

After the modules are delivered to the construction site, the player uses a crane to unload and precisely assemble the individual segments of the house according to the chosen design. Exciting time has arrived! As we are getting closer to the update itself we will be releasing a bit more details about the content in several upcoming posts. New, Removable Roofs ⛏️

We have completely changed the way roofs work. They are now made of parts, which you can detach piece by piece. You can work with them one by one, and later take in with you to your warehouse. Don't fall down! {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44337691/909b0fcda3a7d4ccd0d88bcb70d3cf67e689db43.jpg Because of this new addition we have completely changed the design of roofs and created new variants. Now you can trully work on the houses from top to bottom, from roof to foundation. Second Life for Resources! 🛖

You will need to get roof tiles, which you can obtain from dismantling roofs, OSB boards, bricks, planks and plenty of them to satisfy your clients. 🏘️ New contracts now can ask you not only to deconstruct a part or entire house, but also to build something new. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44337691/3e328d377d383a90dfb74a29bd370ef8166f9cbb.gif Nothing now goes unused, everything has it's use, every part of house it's components you can use on your own. Fixed a boiler issue that reset the money balance and caused the computer to display an incorrect, inflated amount. Affected players have had their balances reset and received a $5,000 compensation.
Order rates have been changed to be more favorable for lower-income customers.
Fixed the display of tips in Decopedia.

Added an option to disable day and night cycle visuals. After switching the appropriate option in Gameplay Settings, the game will remain in day mode.
