How to Join the Test Branch

Save Compatibility:

• In most cases (when your save does not contain new items), test saves can be used again in the initial version after switching back.

25.10.04 Patch Update

【Important】Network Optimization:

• Added a new backup online connection line. If the network is unstable, you can switch to the backup line. When using the backup line in mainland China, do not use an accelerator (VPN).

Bug Fixes:

• Animals wandering around will no longer get stuck in place when blocked.

• Fixed the height of gold ore.

• Using the keyboard to type will no longer trigger the quick-access radial menu.

• Fixed the issue where you couldn’t dismount in tight spaces. Now, if there’s no room around, you will dismount above the vehicle.

• Fixed trees and spiky balls not growing outside the player’s visible range.

• Fixed certain multiplayer position and behavior sync issues.

• Fixed the issue where transforming into an animal in first-person view caused the game to freeze.

New Content:

• Added three rare tomato plush costumes.

• Added a new rare tomato.

• Added a kitten plush costume, craftable at the basic workbench using small spiky balls.

• You can now craft a soccer ball at the basic workbench.

• You can now craft a spiky stump at the basic workbench that grows spiky fruits. The recipe unlocks after picking up a small spiky ball once.

25.10.01 Test Branch Update Announcement

New Features

• Added an early version of keybinding customization in the settings menu. (Currently, interaction prompts will not update to reflect changed keys. This feature is still in development.)

New Content

• Added three rare tomato plush costumes.

• Added a new rare tomato.

• Added a kitten plush costume. In the test branch, it can be crafted at the Basic Workbench using Small Spiky Balls. (Acquisition method in the official version is still undecided.)

• You can now craft a soccer ball at the Basic Workbench.

• Adjusted the roaming range of farm rabbits. They will now only wander in the far-left area of the farm.

• Improved the selection logic of the controller shortcut wheel.

We are currently working on reducing network data usage to lower latency and are also experimenting with building our own servers.

• The rear seat of the e-vehicle can now be selected more precisely.

Balance/Content Adjustments

• Reduced the difficulty of the Racing Track and the Plains Track.

• Lowered the selling price of flour.

• Slightly narrowed the pushcart’s collision width; trailers should collide less with each other while steering.

• Reduced the explosion radius of the weed-killer potion.

• Added arrows at the start of the Racing Track to indicate the correct direction.

New Features

• You can now long-press in the backpack/inventory to continuously cycle the selected item.

English Version:

• Fixed numerous instances where track text wasn’t correctly localized due to unexpected errors.

• Fixed a fullscreen watermark that could appear in certain circumstances. This watermark was used during pre-release internal testing—our apologies that it mistakenly appeared in the live version.

Custom keybinding (key remapping) is in development.

Further network optimizations are underway.

2025.09.28 Patch Notes

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a crash that occurred after playing the Burger King minigame for the fourth time.

• Fixed an issue where tree stumps placed via Blueprint would not grow; they now grow correctly.

• Fixed a bug where the toilet couldn’t be brought down near the seaside.

• Fixed text errors in the spellbook.

• Fixed the mouse cursor appearing when opening the quick-select radial menu with a gamepad.

• Fixed a soft-lock caused by demolishing a storage shelf while it was in an error state.

New Content

• You can now catch stones while fishing.

• Trophy bases can now hold two items.

A hotfix for the “cannot interact midway” bug in Burger King is currently being tested on the beta branch. Enter the test code bgkpublictest in the game’s settings under Beta to access the test version.

We are very sorry that the game version we uploaded just now caused a file reading error. The latest game version has been fixed. You can verify the game integrity in the game Settings to fix it.

• \ Optimized online networking. Multiplayer should now be more stable with lower latency.

25.09.24 Update Patch

Bug Fixes:

• Attempted to fix trailer jitter issues; trailers should now be less likely to break apart at low framerates.

• Fixed a save error in the Burger King mini-game where completed challenge counts would reset upon re-entering the game.

• Fixed incorrect track descriptions.

• Fixed an issue where swordfish did not jump when landing on shore.

• Fixed blueprint inconsistencies after demolishing certain buildings.

• Fixed an issue where players could not obtain the crown after exchanging all trophies for track trophies; track trophies can now also be used to unlock crowns.

• Fixed achievements for catching geese and catching mice not being completable.

New Features:

• The camera can now be stored in the backpack.

• Using an outfit ball identical to the one currently equipped will now unequip the outfit.

Performance Optimization:

• Performed a round of optimizations; framerate should be improved on low-performance devices.

25.09.23 Update Patch

Bug Fixes:

-Adjusted the basket-carrying feature. Baskets should now be less likely to get stuck together or in fences, but they are also easier to break.

-Fixed an issue where players couldn’t exit certain vehicles.

-Fixed other miscellaneous bugs.

New Feature:

-Baskets can now be packed just like vehicles. If a basket gets stuck, you can pack it and then release it safely elsewhere.

Controller Support:

-Added controller input support. You can now play Island Time with a gamepad.

First of all, we’re sorry for the PlayTest qualification emails bothering everyone. We wanted to clear out the players who applied for the PlayTest last year in order to start a new round of player recruitment. However, since Steam doesn’t provide a “clear” button, we had no choice but to approve all the previous PlayTest applicants.
