Warlords,
Following our previous patch notes, we have continued to receive feedback from you.
This includes newly discovered bugs, issues still under repair, and problems that go beyond simple coding errors—where our design choices regarding balance, rules, and UI were not thorough enough.
These issues have undeniably affected your gaming experience. We sincerely apologize to all Warlords. We ask for your patience as we make these improvements, and we invite you to continue monitoring our updates.
Starting now, we hope to co-develop the game closely with our Warlords to refine our product quality and overall experience. This update details our latest completed fixes, quality-of-life adjustments, and known issues currently under urgent investigation. It also explains how you can collaborate with the development team to make the game better than ever:
Fixed the unintended Kit loss in Rebel Purge: Patrol We designed Rebel Purge: Patrol to help you learn the rules and practice, but an oversight on our part caused unintended Kit losses. This issue is now fixed, and Warlords can safely participate in this mode.
Increased the spawn rate and quantity of Qingzhou Yellow Turbans
Fixed a discrepancy between displayed and actual resource costs when crafting 4 to 5-star Kits and Hero equipment To address concerns regarding excessive resource gathering time and high Kit costs, we made the following adjustments:
The Refined Iron and Tough Leather required for crafting 4 to 5-star Kits have been significantly reduced, now costing approximately 55% of the original requirement.
The Hardwood, Hard Stone, Rough Leather, and Crude Iron required for crafting Hero equipment have been heavily reduced, now costing approximately 33% of the original requirement.
Because deploying these updates takes time, Warlords may have noticed a discrepancy between displayed and actual consumed resources during the rollout. We deeply apologize for this. Compensation has been sent to all Warlords via in-game mail. Please check your inbox.
Enabled Resource Site details by default and increased gathering attempts
The setting to display Resource Site details is now enabled by default. On the Great Han World Map (M), you can now directly view the remaining gathering attempts for each site.
The gathering attempts for individual sites have also been greatly increased:
Neutral sites: 2 → 4 attempts
Alliance sites: 3 → 5 attempts
Clan sites: 4 → 6 attempts
Remember to increase your unit level and size before gathering; larger units have stronger gathering capabilities.
Fixed the issue where the Market could not be used properly Basic Trading Rules:
Purchase: Goods can be purchased from anywhere. Upon successful purchase, goods are sent to the Fiefs where your Personal Camp is located, generating a Deposit Slip. Please claim them promptly.
Listing: Currently, listing items for resource trading is only supported in specific Fiefs. Check which Fiefs allow item listings by clicking \.
Shu Brocade Trade: Not restricted by Fiefs; can be conducted from any location.
Fixed an issue where equipped equipment had a chance to drop upon death in Rebel Purge and bandit encounters
Fixed the occasional failure of the "Unstuck" function. If you are unable to move, please use \.
Fixed an issue where Rations continued to be consumed after halting a march to interact with objects
Fixed the incorrect schedule display and matchmaking level requirements for Luoyang Drills
Greatly increased the daily limit for equipment acquired through pursuit and looting
Fixed an issue where female Heroes displayed incorrect animations in the Character (P) interface
Fixed an issue where reward chests from Encounters — Market Exchange could not be opened
Fixed a display error regarding Dynasty Coins in the Seasonal Store interface
Reduced the excessive penalty time for leaving the Rebel Purge mode early
Fixed an issue in Hero's Path quest descriptions where the required rare item types were displayed incorrectly
Fixed an occasional client error when launching the game
Optimized text colors in the Market and certain other interfaces
We have confirmed the following issues and are actively expediting their repair:
Premium Season Pass level sometimes failing to increase correctly after purchase.
Once resolved, we will distribute uniform compensation to all affected Warlords.
Territory War preparation personnel unable to properly enter the frontline.
Characters getting stuck in the terrain near Gaonu.
Overlapping interaction menus at Settlements preventing clicks.
Inability to obtain Kits for Incendiary Archers.

Discrepancy between the description and actual effects of Lu Bu's 60% Resonance bonus.

Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms Development Team July 27, 2026
Dear Warlords, With the pioneering development in Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms over the past few days, the calm before the storm is coming to an end. The time for the great war across the continent has arrived—Territory War is about to officially begin! Clans and factions will no longer be mere rallying points for those fighting side by side. They will become the core forces for contesting Fiefs, expanding territories, and claiming official titles to rule regions. From a Village to the Fiefs, from a Pass to major regional hubs, every inch of land will become the focus of contention among various factions. Who can plant their war banner? Who can defend the Fiefs? And who can rise from a Commoner to eventually become a regional overlord? The answers lie in every upcoming Territory War.
Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms Territory War will be open at the following fixed times: Every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Schedule per Server: Red Cliff, The Mandate: 19:30-22:00 (UTC+8) Jade Seal: 19:30-22:00 (UTC+1) Iron Oath: 19:30-22:00 (UTC-4)
Each Territory War isn't just about "fighting when the time comes." It is divided into four phases: Preparation, Combat, Winding Down, and Settlement. Please plan accordingly, as different actions can be taken during each phase.
Time: 19:30 - 20:00
The preparation phase is the most crucial time before the Territory War officially kicks off.
During this phase:
Cannot initiate new battlefronts for Fiefs
Can construct the Main Camp
Can construct buildings within the Main Camp
Can construct Fief defense facilities
Can perform Rations Resupply
The smoke of war is just beginning to rise. Clans can construct the Main Camp, lay out Fief defenses, and carry out Rations Resupply in advance.
Time: 20:00 - 21:30
The combat phase is the primary battle stage of the Territory War.
During this phase:
Can initiate new battlefronts for Fiefs
Can construct the Main Camp and its internal buildings
Cannot construct Fief defense facilities
Can perform Rations Resupply
Factions can officially contest ownership of Fiefs
The flames of war are ignited, and the Territory War officially begins. Clans can initiate Fief battles and launch offensives on target locations. A Township, a County, a Pass, and capitals will all become playing grounds and vital targets for Clans expanding their territory.
Time: 21:30 - 22:00
The winding down phase is the final stage of the current Territory War.
During this phase:
Cannot initiate new battlefronts for Fiefs
Cannot construct the Main Camp
Cannot construct buildings within the Main Camp
Cannot construct Fief defense facilities
Already active battlefronts will continue until a result emerges
Ongoing Fief battles will continue. The attacking side can still perform Rations Resupply to maintain the current offensive.
Entering the winding down phase means the battle has essentially reached its decisive moments. No new fronts will be opened during this phase, but ongoing battles will continue until a victor is determined.
Each Territory War will undergo settlement after the winding down phase concludes at 22:00.
The system will calculate Fief ownership based on the final combat results and assign official titles according to the types and quantities of Fiefs occupied by each Clan. Who held their ground to defend a city today, and who retreated after losing territory, will all be reflected in the new global landscape after settlement.
In this Territory War, Clans can fight for a Township, a County, a Pass, a Stronghold, capitals, and key strategic locations across the world.
The requirements for contesting different Fiefs vary. Please note that the type names shown in the tooltips for some locations on the current M Map may differ from their actual rule classifications in this Territory War. When evaluating the requirements for contesting a Fief, Warlords should refer exclusively to the rules in this announcement and the actual in-game conditions for declaring war and initiating battles.
Frontlines for a Township, a County, and a Stronghold can be opened directly. A minimum of 1 player is required to declare war on a Township, 3 for a County, and 5 for a Stronghold.
A Pass and capitals can only be contested after an advance declaration of war, requiring a minimum of 8 players to do so.
War declarations must be initiated by Clan members with the appropriate permissions and will consume Clan Prestige. Following a declaration, the Clan has a chance to become the commander Clan for the attacking side against that Fief. If the Clan is defeated after declaring war, or fails to open a frontline, the associated Clan Prestige for that Fief will be deducted according to the rules.
Before each Territory War enters the Combat phase, the system will determine the initial commander Clan based on the war declarations and Clan Prestige at the respective Fief. Among the Clans that declared war, the one with the highest Fief Clan Prestige will have priority in triggering the first Fief battle.
After each battle concludes, the system will reassess and confirm the next commander Clan based on the updated Fief Clan Prestige. If the current commander Clan fails to launch an attack within the time limit, a new selection will be made.
Therefore, every war declaration is not just a tactical choice to attack, but a Clan's assessment of its own strength, the target's value, and the overall situation on the frontlines.
In Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms' Territory War, simply starting a battle does not mean you can sustain it indefinitely. If you wish to maintain a prolonged offensive, rations will simply be the key.
If the attackers can construct a Main Camp within the jurisdiction of the target Fief and prepare a Granary, they can maintain the frontline by donating rations to the Granary, supporting prolonged siege operations.
It is worth noting that even without constructing a Granary or carrying out timely Rations Resupply, each Fief will still grant a base attack time of 10 minutes. However, to maintain the offensive beyond 10 minutes, one must rely on Rations Resupply. Once rations run short, the attacking side's ability to maintain a sustained offensive will be severely compromised, and this may eventually lead to a failed attack.
During Territory War, after upgrading their Personal Camp to level 4, Warlords can upgrade the "Wagon Camp" through Camp Construction. Once the Wagon Camp is built, players can switch to a supply convoy during Deploy Troops, granting greater wagon capacity and the ability to donate rations to the Granary.
During combat, both attackers and defenders can view the attacking side's ration status.
This means Territory War is no longer just a frontal clash before city walls; it's a comprehensive struggle centered around camps, supplies, and frontline sustainability. Whether rations are plentiful will directly impact the attackers' ability to press their assault. For defenders, an enemy facing severe ration shortages could be a crucial opportunity to turn the tide of battle.
Territory War is about to begin, and we have been continuously paying attention to Warlords' feedback over the past few days since the launch. To alleviate resource pressure during early progression, war preparation, and daily development, we will simultaneously implement a set of optimizations. These will help Warlords throw themselves fully into the upcoming great wars much more smoothly.
These adjustments include:
The daily collection limit per Resource Site will be increased: Neutral Resource Sites from 2 to 4 times, our Alliance Resource Sites from 3 to 5 times, and our Clan Resource Sites from 4 to 6 times.
The Refined Iron and Tough Leather required to Craft 4-Star to 5-Star unit kits will be significantly reduced to approximately 55% of the original requirements.
The Hardwood, Hard Stone, Rough Leather, and Crude Iron required to Craft equipment will be drastically reduced to approximately 33% of the original requirements.
Dying in Rebel Purge or Bandit Raids will no longer cause your equipped gear to drop.
The above adjustments have been fully updated. We have issued a Military Supply Reward containing \ *2 and \ *2 as a token of gratitude. Please head to your mailbox to claim them. Thank you, Warlords, for your understanding and support.
The chaotic landscape of Conqueror's Blade: Three Kingdoms is about to genuinely open up in the Territory War. Starting from a single Township to an entire Fief, a Pass, or a grand capital, every strike and defense will reshape the distribution of power across the globe. This is a frontal confrontation between Clans and the true battle for territory in the chaotic era of the Three Kingdoms. In the next Territory War, the answers lie on the frontlines.
Warlords, the highly anticipated first Territory War is about to begin. During this phase, capturing the specified Fiefs will reward you with the corresponding Jade
