After 17 long years, this little game finally receives its long-awaited ending. Back then, I thought I’d finish it in a year or two—who would’ve thought 17 years would fly by like this! The most complex part of the ending, the “Aerial Battle: Triple Rockets” sequence, is now complete. I warmly invite all players to check it out! Up next are the “Aerial Battle: Demon God” segment, some puzzle-based stages, and a final hidden mystery. Survival Mode introduces a brand-new challenge with the following features: 1. Three Major Stages – Survival Mode consists of three stages, corresponding to Levels 1–4, 5–8, and 9–12 in the traditional mode. 2. Weapon Carry Limit – Players can carry up to 16 weapons, but once a weapon runs out of ammo, it will be discarded. 3. True Survival Challenge – You only have one life. Once you die, the game is over. 4. Military Budget System – Your score is converted into a military budget, which can be used to upgrade or modify weapons, helping you survive longer on the battlefield. Update Notes: 1. After nearly two months of hard work, we have completed the interface development for all enemies and objects. Now, every element from the original version can be freely edited into any level. 2. Some objects, such as wooden houses, wooden doors, and transport planes, have new features that allow them to summon a wider variety of enemies compared to the original game. 3. Each time you edit a section of the map, the original level data for that area will be replaced with your new edits. 4. Due to time constraints, most enemies and mounts currently lack water detection. So if you see enemies walking on water or elephants gliding across the surface, please don't be surprised! We will decide based on player feedback whether to refine these details or keep them as humorous “quirky bugs.”

Commando 2 Update Notes: 1. New Steam Workshop System: Players can now edit and publish their own unique game versions in the Workshop. Current customizable features include player abilities, weapon attributes, certain enemy characteristics, and game mode settings. A level editor is also in the works, so eager players can claim their spot early and continue refining their content once the editor is fully developed! 2. Boss Item Drop Adjustment: The rocket in the third phase of the Stage 4 Boss will no longer drop score-boosting items, preventing potential score-farming and ensuring leaderboard fairness. 3. Increased Leaderboard Score Limit: The maximum achievable score on the leaderboard has been raised, giving players even more room to chase high scores!

Yesterday, we launched the achievement system, and I almost got “chased” by players~~~ It turns out the achievements were set way too hard! We’ve now significantly lowered the achievement requirements. For details on how to unlock them, please check the achievement descriptions. (Use the Dragon Destructor to kill any enemy in Level 1.) Clear the game while equipping ALX-W30, and do not equip any weapons other than Commando-P1, SE40 Prowse, and the knife.
