Introduction<br /> <br /> This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Aleksander Dolny ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your use of the CoinForge game ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.<br /> <br /> 2. License Grant<br /> <br /> Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is strictly subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.<br /> <br /> 3. Usage Restrictions<br /> <br /> You agree not to, and you will not allow others to:<br /> <br /> Use unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or any other methods to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the Game in any form.<br /> Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Game.<br /> Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.<br /> Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies thereof.<br /> Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels associated with the Game.<br /> 4. Prohibition of Cheating and Botting<br /> <br /> Cheating and the use of bots are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:<br /> <br /> Utilizing any software or device that automates gameplay or provides an unfair advantage.<br /> Exploiting any in-game bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.<br /> Participating in any actions that negatively impact the gameplay experience of others.<br /> Sharing or distributing any tools or methods related to cheating or botting.<br /> Violation of these rules may result in the immediate revocation of your license to use the Game and may lead to the permanent banning of your account.<br /> <br /> 5. Termination<br /> <br /> This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.<br /> <br /> 6. Updates and Modifications<br /> <br /> We reserve the right to update or modify the Game and this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue your use of the Game and uninstall it.<br /> <br /> 7. Disclaimer of Warranties<br /> <br /> The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.<br /> <br /> 8.
