Hatchlings

Hatchlings are the main collectible element of our game. You can find your hatchling collection in the steam inventory and trade it with other players on the community market. The main goal of the game is to collect all the hatchlings. There are currently 100 hatchlings of different rarities, each with their unique look and a short little story. Try to hatch em all! Note: We might add more hatchlings into the collection in future events and updates, however the core collection will always consist of these 100 hatchlings.

Eggs

Eggs come in different rarities and serve as a consumable item. You can exchange 10 eggs of the same rarity for a random hatchling of said rarity. This way you can finish your collection faster and uncover the rare ones! Note: this feature is not yet implemented in the game and will come in the very near future with future updates. You can fill your pockets with eggs now and be prepared for later use when this feature is released.

Drop rates:

The drop rates are as followed: First there is a 75% vs 25% chance to drop an egg or a hatchling, with egg having the bigger chance to drop. If an egg is being dropped, the chances are: 64% for a common egg 21% for an uncommon egg 10% for a rare egg 4% for an epic egg 1% for a legendary egg If a hatchling is being dropped, the chances are: 64% for a common hatchling 21% for an uncommon hatchling 10% for a rare hatchling 4% for an epic hatchling 1% for a legendary hatchling We hope this explains the system behind the drops. Hello world!

Hello dear players! We had an amazing launch and want to thank you for your support and feedback. We appreciate your time with our little game and would like to adress some upcoming features so you can look forward to what is coming next.

Achievements

For all you achievement hunters, we have prepared the first batch of achievements that will come in the game with the next update. We are looking forward to see you hunt and collect all the hatchlings, from the little common ones to the rare oddities. In case you are wondering, there is a total of 100 hatchlings with different rarities.

Community

We will be launching an official discord community for all the players and collectors around the world. We are still figuring out the best way for us and you to engage with the community and have fun even outside of the game. We are open to hear your thoughts about this. Lets shape the future together!

Gameplay updates

Adding more engaging gameplay and ways to interact with our cute little chick or your precious hatchling collection is an important thing on our roadmap and we want to make this right. Our mission is to redefine the clicker genre and first and foremost bring joy to our players and collectors. We have never intended to make a “cheap money grabbing game” even though we got our spark of initial inspiration from the popular titles in this genre. This can be seen from the love and attention we put into the game and art so far. Our game is small and straightforward but we are building from the ground up.

Event system

We do not intend to create a forced scarcity by rotating the drops with insane drop chances. The intended desire to trade on the commmunity market, which supports future development of the game, should come from the joy of completing your collection and not from speculative market tendencies. The base game should be completable by anyone patient enough. All this being said, we are working out an event system for a long term engagement of our faster collectors that want even more gameplay, so stay tuned for future announcements. Also for those of you concerned: We dont use generative AI and do not plan to in the future. Our art is crafted by our dedicated art team and does not violate any copyright. As always, we are open to hear your suggestions and feedback.
