1.3.0 is finally here!

This update includes two new blocks, better documentation, balancing, and various quality of life improvements.

Blocks:

The Smoke Deployer:

Deploy a cloud of smoke to escape from / confuse your enemy.

The smoke clouds last for about 10 seconds and blocks visbility for the camera sensor. Distance sensors and radars can still see through the smoke.

The Radar:

A new sensor that can see enemy bots at a 360 degree field. The catch is that the radar rotates and only sees bots it is currently facing towards.

The radar provides slightly different data than the camera and the distance sensor. It provides Position & Velocity in Vector3 format.

Balancing:

- Autocannon damage reduced

- Rocket booster thrust duration decreased

- Rocket boost thrust amount increased

Improvements:

- Sensor visibility cone overlay in editor

- Play again button in ranked

- Better documentation & examples

- Short first time guide

- Pause / Play mechanic i fight (bound to "P")

- UI improvements

- New editor floor

- Various other fixes & improvements
