Greetings comrade!
BOT.vinnik Chess: USSR vs the World is finally out!
First things first: we owe you an apology. The game launched one week later than planned. Our build got held up in Steam's review process over a store page detail, which took a few days to sort out. It's fixed, approved, and the game is now exactly where it should be: on your screen, judging your moves.
Why so quiet lately?
You may have noticed we haven't posted much in the last few months. The reason is simple: we are fully focused on developing BOT.vinnik Chess Masters Academy, the most ambitious game we've ever made. Every hour went into it (well, almost every hour, this game took a few).
Farewell to the retro era
BOT.vinnik Chess: USSR vs the World is the final game in the classic retro format. This is it, comrade: the last time you'll see this cutting-edge 1970s Soviet teaching technology, lovingly preserved, phosphor green and all. After nine games, six years, and countless insults, the little mustachioed ball retires with honors.
If you've been with us since Combination Lessons in 2020, this one is for you.
One More Thing: BOT.vinnik Chess Masters Academy
The new generation arrives on October 1st, 2026. The same BOT.vinnik, now in the full glory of his robot form, bringing more chess knowledge than ever. The free demo is available right now:
