Hello everyone!
Over the past few months, development has been focused on something that isn't always immediately visible. Instead of adding new content, I've been rebuilding the game's core systems to make the experience better today and create a stronger foundation for future updates.
At first glance, the game may look familiar, but many of its core systems have been redesigned from the ground up.
The game's overall balance has been completely reworked.
Critical Hits have been added.
Boykissers no longer grant experience directly when defeated. Instead, they now drop XP particles that can be collected.
A new lightning and thunder ambient effect has been added to make the atmosphere feel more dynamic.
The maximum level has been reduced from 1000 to 100, making progression more meaningful and easier to follow.
The stat unlock progression has been temporarily removed while it is being redesigned. For now, every stat is available from the very beginning.
The system responsible for spawning and managing Boykissers has been completely rewritten, allowing significantly more Boykissers to be active on screen at the same time.
A large number of optimizations and bug fixes have been made to improve overall stability and performance.
A Radar has been added.
Interface animations have been improved for a smoother experience.
The leaderboard now resets every Monday.
Achievement requirements have been updated. Some achievements have been temporarily disabled and will return in a future update once the related gameplay systems have been reworked.
This update is primarily about strengthening the foundation of the game. While many of the changes happened behind the scenes, they will make future development faster and allow the game to grow on a much stronger base.
Thank you to everyone who continues to play the game, share feedback, and support its development. Your support and feedback help shape the future of Bonk the Boykisser.

Hi everyone! It’s been a week since BONK THE BOYKISSER launched in Early Access, and it’s time to share some brief updates.
During this time, 600 players have had a chance to play the game. It has also received many positive reviews, which I truly appreciate. I’m really glad the game has interested so many people, and it’s especially nice to see the impressive results on the leaderboards.
Over the past week, I’ve been working on fixing issues reported through reviews and community discussions. Thank you to everyone who shares feedback and their experience — it helps a lot with further development.
If you have ideas, suggestions, or encounter any bugs, please feel free to post them in the discussions. I do my best to keep an eye on all feedback.
I’m currently working on expanding player capabilities based on the existing game mechanics, and I plan to roll out these changes through regular updates. I’m also aware of the current optimization issues and will do my best to address them in the near future.
Thank you for your support and interest.
