Hello, adventurers!
We’ve put together an overview of the changes coming to Biped 2 in the next update. Based on your feedback and requests, we’ve fixed some issues, improved others, and added new features - let’s take a closer look!
Shaman’s Knowledge
Many of you have noticed that the main characters’ mentor and friend, the robot shaman, barely appears in the game, and many puzzles lack his explanations. Now things are different: from now on, the shaman is much more involved in both the story and the characters, providing them with helpful instructions. The mechanics for solving puzzles are now much easier to understand, and the Bypeds won’t have time to get bored without their shaman friend!
Catch The Moment
You also pointed out that many challenges are given too little time, turning what should be a fun pastime into something far more tedious. We’ve revised the challenge timings: now, time-based challenges will be a test, not a torture.
Camera, Action!
Camera angles shouldn’t be an extra challenge - so we spoke with our invisible cameramen and asked them to position themselves in spots that are more comfortable for the player. Enjoy the gameplay while watching everything from the perfect vantage point - we’ve improved the camera placement on all levels!
Puzzle Improvements
We strive to make the mechanics and puzzles in Biped 2 as varied and engaging as possible, while ensuring they remain technically accessible to players. Our team has tweaked the mechanics of many puzzles: for example, burning elementals will no longer stubbornly return to their original shape, which used to slow down puzzle-solving.
We’ll be sharing more news soon - stay tuned for updates!
See you soon, bipeds!

Hello adventurers!

In the Colorball Challenge, the ball could get stuck, so the player would be unable to move it - fixed.
In the Electric Circuit challenge, blocks sometimes could not be reinserted into the circuit, as the robot would not rotate them - fixed.
After the maze in the swinging platform challenge, the platforms no longer swing by default and remain still.
Performance:
Performance and optimization improvements;
Network performance improvements.
Consoles:
Console versions on PS4/5 have been updated. Xbox will be updated on Monday, and the Switch version will be updated within two weeks. Players no longer need to change their Steam branch to play online with console versions of the game.

Hello, adventurers!
As many of you already know, we're working hard on improving Biped 2 in every way. We've already shared some new mechanics, but today we'll be covering even more changes!
Eliminating Bugs
Our team has been carefully collecting feedback on Biped 2, and we're carefully reviewing each and every one of the reviews. The best way for you is to write it in the discussion so that we can easily ask questions and request additional information and data if we can't reproduce the bug on our side (this is usually needed to understand what to fix). Some issues with gameplay mechanics, level geometry, or camera angles were disruptive, and we've paid close attention to every piece of feedback that reported gameplay issues. We're pleased to announce that the game, in its current state, has gained new mechanics and lost quite a few bugs: if you quit playing due to technical issues, now's the time to come back!
More Puzzles!
A game free of bugs and technical issues is great, but we're striving for something truly great! Brand-new puzzles and puzzles have been added to levels 10 through 17. Rotate mirrors, navigate mazes, and balance on platforms! We've even changed the game's ending to give the Bipeds' journey a truly satisfying conclusion. We're confident that the updated seventeenth level will be a memorable finale to your playthrough. And after winning the finale, you'll see global game statistics reflecting all your achievements.
Co-op Mode and Other Improvements
Co-op mode has always been and remains a key feature of Biped 2. We've worked hard to ensure you can play with friends without lag or bugs, and in this patch, we've made a couple more useful upgrades! Direct P2P connections for Steam are now even more reliable, meaning you can focus on solving puzzles instead of worrying about an unsteady connection. We've also listened to feedback and rolled back some changes that weren't working, such as returning more familiar mechanics to level four.
This is the updated Biped 2, and we hope you enjoy it even more! Play with friends, experience familiar levels in a new light, have fun, and, of course, let us know what you think of the updated game!
Hello, adventurers!
It's been a while since our last development blog, but we’ve been quite busy! Biped 2 has already received a major update, bringing new mechanics and puzzles to the first six levels, and now we've been hard at work improving all the others, up to the final, seventeenth. Let's take a look ahead and find out what challenges and puzzles await. Spoiler: even more fun, even less monotony!
Wall to Wall
You might have seen this mechanic in TV shows: a wall rapidly approaches the participant, who must assume a certain position to fit through a particular-shaped hole. Bipeds will need to do the same to brave this section! Lift your feet, stand on the correct section of the moving platform, and be prepared for a misstep that could send you plummeting into the water. However, in both co-op and solo play, this mechanic brings far more fun than actual challenge!
Mirror, Mirror
The very words "beam" and "mirror" placed next to each other immediately recall a classic puzzle that has appeared in countless quests, RPGs, and platformers. Rotate mirrors using special handles and guide a beam of light toward a target, opening a passage further into the level! This mechanic is easy to understand, but you'll need precision and patience to carefully adjust all the mirrors. Or, in co-op mode, just give orders to your friends. They’ll manage.
Dangerous Climb
Ever dreamed of mountain climbing? We’ve got something just for you! If you encounter a vertical surface with a path of transparent blue cubes, your first guess will likely be correct: you simply need to get to the other side by climbing the icy surfaces. However, there's a twist: the cubes will begin to crumble as soon as even one biped grabs hold of them. So, you could end up falling, and you'll have to start over! Cubes regenerate over time, so no one will stop you from trying again and again until you become a true athlete.
Catch Them All
Saw a clearing teeming with various elementals, and boxes with icons resembling those same elementals? Don't be shy; immediately start catching these little troublemakers, then place them in the appropriate boxes. Once all boxes are filled, you can proceed further. And we'll definitely release the elementals once they've had a chance to reflect on their behavior.
...So, we've introduced some of the new mechanics coming to the game in the new update! Even more innovations await you ahead, but for now, tell us what you think of the new puzzles.
See you soon, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
We're continuing to share the new mechanics of Biped 2, added in the recent update. Today, we'll take a closer look at the puzzles introduced in the Lotus Forest levels!
The maze is amazing
The maze is a classic puzzle, surely familiar to all of you! However, to navigate these passages, you'll need teamwork, not just a ball of string like in an old legend. While one biped navigates the maze, the other assists by pressing the buttons in the center of the maze. Control colored barriers and assist your teammate! This puzzle doesn't require quick reactions or rapid actions, but you will need to plan your moves carefully. And don't forget to collect star tokens in the maze: do it before moving on!
Spin me right round
Another puzzle that requires coordination between players – colored platforms! While one of the robots controls the platform's color, the other must navigate through the tiles of the correct shade. However, beware of the spinning gate: you can easily fly off into the abyss, forcing you to start over. But don't be discouraged: a few tries, and you'll be able to fly through the treacherous platforms smoothly. We believe in you with all our heart!
The sound of a pipe
Connect pipes to restore the energy flow: you've probably seen countless variations of this puzzle in other games. Here, sleight of hand is more important than thought. Watch carefully as the little robot lays the next section of pipe. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it right the first time: we honestly admit that it took us a while to master this puzzle. However, all the effort will bring the desired result... and the title of honorary plumber, of course.
Shields raised!
This puzzle uses our new favorite, a fusion mechanic: one robot becomes the "legs," and the other becomes the "arms," holding an energy shield. Team up with your partner and cross the platforms, deflecting incoming projectiles with your shield. It sounds simple enough, but keep in mind that you'll have to swap places several times: only one robot can step on specific platform sections, so you'll have to master both shield mastery and dexterous movement!
Thanks for reading our short overview of the new mechanics. Have you encountered any in the game? Which was your favorite, and maybe some left you displeased? Tell us everything!
See you soon, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
The first six levels of Biped 2 have received a significant update, and we're excited to introduce you to the new mechanics! You may have already completed the new puzzles (and even though your friend was constantly messing with your playthrough, you nailed it), but let's take a closer look.
Waterball Challenge
One of the first new features you'll encounter as you play! One of the robots' legs will transform into a water pump, and all you have to do is drive the ball into the moving goal, either by water pressure or manually. However, no one's stopping you from misusing the water... and, for example, spraying your faithful friend with whom you're playing in co-op mode. Stay hydrated!
We Didn’t Start A Fire
You'll encounter similar mechanics not in the forest level, but among the beautiful lotuses. Direct a stream of water and extinguish a whole group of fire elementals! Hint: if you join forces with a friend, the fire-hazardous little creatures will go out much faster.
Whack-a-Mole (but no moles)
Still on the topic of elementals, in the second forest level, you can find another challenge related to them. You'll probably recall classic arcade games when you see several holes in the ground. Hurry to the holes as soon as a stone elemental emerges! Ambush it several times, and the challenge will be successful. And you won't even need a huge hammer: not a single elemental will be harmed.
My Secret Garden
Speaking of the earth, you'll encounter not only stone elementals but also regular garden beds. In one of the forest levels, you might see a semblance of a garden. Direct the familiar water pump at them to grow plants in the beds. If you played the first Biped, this might remind you of the familiar cactus mechanic. Once the fruits, mushrooms, or vegetables have grown, drop them into the receptacles according to the signs. Congratulations, gardeners!
Electric Chain
Is the ground giving way beneath your feet? Is there a spark between you? That’s a new mechanic too! Simply slide down the slide, lighting the crystals with electricity: this requires coordinating the actions of both Bipeds. Don't move them too far apart, or the charge will run out and you won't be able to activate the crystals, but don't move them too close, either, so the stones have enough room!
It’s Now Cannon
On the shore of one of the levels, on the brink of a lotus pond, you'll find cannons for crossing to the other side. Don't rush to become the core: first, turn the handle to adjust the trajectory; it will be indicated by a curved white line. Then, you can become a living projectile, collecting tokens as you fly!
In this article, we've only described some of the new mechanics, and we'll definitely tell you more. And, of course, stay tuned: a new update is coming, bringing even more innovations!
See you soon, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
Not long ago, completely new mechanics, puzzles, and challenges were added to the first 6 levels of Biped 2. And today, we want to hear your thoughts! What did you like? What didn't you like? Was there a puzzle that made you want to throw your controller at the wall? Tell us everything you can about it!
https://forms.gle/7xL7Xz5Md9FcmQ5i9
Take a short survey and tell us everything that's on your mind... as long as it's related to the Biped 2 update, of course. Your support and feedback help us move forward!
See you soon, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
We are pleased to present the long-awaited update for Biped 2, something that we have been working hard on!
The first six levels of the game now feature brand new challenges and mechanics. Explore familiar locations to discover new puzzles: a maze, a waterball and onslaught challenge, riddles that test your memory and logic, and much more. Play solo or with friends, and be sure to let us know what you think of the new mechanics!
In this update, we have also updated the color schemes for locations on the second and third levels and fixed an issue with the number of stars on the ninth level. We have also added a feature that will help if one of the players gets “stuck” in a location, and improved connection stability in co-op mode.
There are even more new features coming to Biped 2: they will be added to other game levels as well. We continue to work hard on improving the game and, of course, we are closely listening to your feedback!
See you soon, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
As promised, we're ready to share details about the new mechanics and challenges in Biped 2! Today, we'll take a look at the water-ball mechanic, which you'll see in the updated first level of the game.
Push the balls straight into the goal, but be careful: the goal itself moves, and the ball bounces off the arena walls! When the time runs out, you'll see your score — try to beat your own records. However, don't worry that the challenge will slow down your progress: it's impossible to lose, you'll move onto the next level no matter what.
This mechanic also has a feature that's sure to please co-op players. One of the robot's legs will turn into a water hydrant: hinder or help your friends during co-op play!
What do you think of the new mechanics? Are you ready to become the best robot athletes? Tell us what you think!
We'll be back with stories about new mechanics, but for now, see you later, bipeds!
Dear adventurers!
Since the day Biped 2 was released, our dev team has been closely monitoring the state of the game and reading your feedback. It was your input that helped us realize that Biped 2 needed more fresh ideas, more brand-new puzzles, and more fun mechanics. Biped 2 was too similar to the first game, and although this is inevitable for a sequel, we decided not to leave it unaddressed.
And now we are happy to announce that the game will feature brand new mechanics and puzzles!
Navigate the mazes; solve puzzles that will test your memory and quick reactions; spin mirrors and find new ways to use the elementals. All of this will be added to the existing levels, so you'll find delightful surprises waiting for you in both the early and late stages of the game.
In total, the game will feature more than ten new mechanics, as well as time trials: when playing in co-op mode, you can test your teamwork skills in special mini-games. By completing them, you can earn gold, silver, or bronze rewards. If you've already honed your skills playing with a friend, now is the time to put them to the test!
We will definitely tell you more about the new mechanics, so stay tuned for news and follow our social media accounts! More adventures await, and we hope that both new and returning players will enjoy the updated version of Biped 2.
See you soon, bipeds!

Dear adventurers,
First of all, we want to express our gratitude for your feedback on the game and the comments you've left. We've learned a lot from your experience with the game and decided to write this letter to you, our players.
Biped 2 was conceived as a sequel, a continuation of Biped with new levels, biomes, and mechanics. We've strived to add what you asked for in the first game: more content, 4-player co-op, addressing online issues, more customization, and an easy-to-use Level Editor. This is exactly what we've been working on for the past year and a half since the announcement of Biped 2. We thought we were doing everything in the right direction.
Judging by your feedback, we haven't quite succeeded. We hear you and will continue to work on improving the game and updating content. A series of updates with improvements awaits you in the next few weeks. What we'll be changing and improving:
1) In the next few days, an update will be released with bug fixes and level changes. We'll be changing the "hot potato" mechanic to a simpler one, similar to the single-player mode. You'll need to carry the potato over your head to open the gate.
2) Network and stability improvements: We're working on this issue daily and are working hard to improve the network. In Biped 2, it's implemented via P2P, and according to all tests from the DEMO, it worked quite reliably for you. Unfortunately, disconnects do occur, especially in Asia, as the internet connection between four players can be unstable.
3) We'll be changing the Friend's Pass: you'll be able to invite your friends to the Friend's Pass from the full game, as we'll be transferring it to the game ID. This will take some time as it requires additional testing.
4) We'll be doing a major rework of the current levels. We'll try to eliminate repetitive mechanics and shorten long puzzles so they don't become frustrating.
We'd love to hear your other ideas in the comments below. Please share your thoughts here; we're listening and working hard to improve the gameplay. We hope we can enhance the intimacy and fun that characterized the first game. Biped 2 is a game created in full collaboration with the community; we certainly didn't want to disappoint you.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Your Biped 2 team!
Mechanics
- The invisible wall that made it impossible to complete level 15 has been removed;
- A fire elemental could get stuck in place while completing level 15 alone and make completion impossible - fixed;
Visuals
- Level 4 graphics fixes in the single player and co-op versions;
- Fixing seams on the vase model;
- Fixed location lighting at levels 1,6 and 7;
- Improved fog display at the training level;

Dear adventurers!
Due to the numerous issues that players encounter when trying to create a co-op session, we'd like to clarify the Friend's Pass mechanics.
Please, DO NOT try to invite your friend to your game via Steam invitations, if they don't own the full game and use Friend's Pass version. Just send them a room code that you'll get after creating a game session, and you'll be good to go!
We hope that your adventures will be the most enjoyable!
Hello adventurers,
The big day is finally here!
Biped 2 is out now! Embark on a new journey with adorable robots, exploring 17 brand-new levels, playing solo or with friends. Customize your characters, create your own puzzles, and have fun!

Onwards to the new journey, bipeds!
Hello, adventurers!
With the release of Biped 2, we’ve got a list of some questions that may arise before purchasing the game or when playing. Here they are, along with answers, and if you still have something to ask, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Q: What's a Friend Pass?
A: The Friend Pass allows you to play Biped 2 with friends, even if they don't own the full version of the game! Don't hesitate to use this one to play with your buddies. Friend’s Pass allows you to connect to any lobby during the co-op session, but not to create your own or play solo.
Q: Is the price universal for all regions?
A: The regional prices apply to all platforms as usual.
Q: I have problems launching the game!
A: Please, try to reinstall or verify the integrity of the game files. Also, please, make sure you are launching the game using the dedicated graphics card and have updated your video card drivers. If nothing at all helps - contact us!
Q: I have issues with a co-op session!
A: Please, try the following solutions - these might help in this situation:
1. Try re-logging into the Steam client, launching the game, and waiting for 5 seconds until the game establishes a connection.
2. If you're using a controller instead of a mouse and a keyboard, please turn off Steam input control. You can also try putting your controller to the Direct Input mode.
3. Check the internet connection on all sides: poor internet quality may lead to latency issues.
Q: Is there another difficulty mode?
A: There are two levels of difficulty in Biped 2: Easy and Hard. Hard mode features more elaborate puzzles!
Q: How to collect all cosmetics? Are there in-game purchases?
A: All cosmetics can be collected by completing Biped 2 levels - there are no additional in-game transactions.
