Global story game developer STORYTACO will attend ChinaJoy 2026 with two of its leading FMV titles, giving fans the chance to meet the cast in person and experience the company’s K-FMV lineup on site.
At the event, STORYTACO will showcase Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2, an FMV interactive dating simulation co-produced with 3Y Corporation, and Summer’s Heartbeat, developed in collaboration with Playtown. The company plans to introduce the appeal of K-FMV to a wider global audience through hands-on programs, stage events, and fan-focused activities.Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 has surpassed 100,000 cumulative sales on Steam, while the series as a whole has exceeded 2.5 million downloads. It is one of STORYTACO’s flagship FMV IPs, with DLC for Season 2 currently in development. Summer’s Heartbeat has also gained strong support from K-FMV fans for its youth romance set in the Korean countryside and its live-action interactive format.A total of 10 cast members will attend ChinaJoy this year. The lineup includes Go Mal-sook, Dong Geuran, Park Min-jung, Yunamong, BbangGyul, and Yang Yoo-jung from Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2, along with Ella, Chaesol, E-Dayeon, and Roring from Summer’s Heartbeat. The cast will meet fans in person, take part in on-site programs, and share behind-the-scenes stories from the titles.During the event, STORYTACO will operate its booth in N1-G102 together with ChinaJoy official partner Shunwang (顺网科技). The booth will feature cast autograph sessions, game demos, interactive events, and exclusive merchandise giveaways. Cast members will also appear on the E5 main stage for talk shows and game events with fans.STORYTACO will also offer ChinaJoy-exclusive merchandise, including title-specific photobooks, photo cards, acrylic goods, and more.STORYTACO has continued to expand its presence in the global FMV market through collaborations with a range of video production partners. Global interactive story-game publisher STORYTACO has officially launched the mobile version of its flagship FMV dating-simulation series, Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2. Alongside the launch, the company revealed a new DLC and its 2026 summer FMV roadmap, outlining a lineup of new titles and events to deliver a richer content experience for FMV fans worldwide.
Developed in collaboration with 3Y Corporation, the mobile version of Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 brings the emotional storytelling and live-action FMV direction of the original Steam release to mobile devices with an optimized play experience. Players take on the role of Woo Yuman and build relationships with a diverse cast of heroines, including Mal-sook Go, Donggeuran, Min-jung Park, Yunamong, BbangGyul, and Yu-jeong Yang, experiencing a multi-branching story shaped by their own choices.Alongside the mobile launch, STORYTACO is also opening the Steam store page for Winter Trip DLC, the new upcoming story expansion DLC. Set after the events of the main game, the DLC will introduce new travel episodes and emotional storylines centered around characters who received strong support from fans of the original title.STORYTACO also unveiled its 2026 Summer FMV Roadmap, which will run from June through August. According to the roadmap, the lineup includes the official June launch of the apocalyptic romance FMV Beauties and the Stranded, the demo release of the new FMV title Too Hot to Be True and its participation in Steam Next Fest, a STORYTACO FMV summer sale promotion, the company’s participation in ChinaJoy, China’s largest gaming expo, and the official launch of Too Hot to Be True in August.
STORYTACO has also been expanding its platform reach to PlayStation, Nintendo, and other platforms as part of its efforts to broaden the global audience for the FMV genre.
