Turn Timer

• The turn timer can now be turned Off — slide it past either end of the range to disable it entirely.
• In solo and private lobbies the timer now defaults to Off. Public lobbies keep the 30-second default so nobody can hold a match hostage.
• Timer options are now fixed steps: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds.

AI Bid Speed

• New AI Speed setting in the match setup: from x0.5 (relaxed, easy to follow) up to x3 (rapid fire).
• Bots also take a little longer to bid by default, the bid history flew by too fast to track. Each AI still keeps its own rhythm; the impulsive ones stay impulsive.

Match Settings

• The pre-match settings panel was rebuilt: settings now live in a proper scrollable list, and gamepad navigation follows your selection as you scroll.

Fixes & Polish

• Joining with a wrong or expired room code now says "Room not found — check the code" instead of a misleading network error.
• Fixed an error spam when a lost die tried to play its dissolve effect while hidden.
• Improved error reporting under the hood so we can hunt down crashes faster.

• Fixed online achievements

• Fixed: accepting a Steam invite from the main menu did nothing
• Fixed: Round resolution issues on specific events

Hey everyone,

Bardo is finally live on Steam, and it's completely free.

I made it for a pretty simple reason: I wanted a good way to play liar's dice with my friends and family without needing everyone in the same room. It started as something just for the people I care about, and somewhere along the way it grew into a full game I'm proud to share. This is a passion project through and through, made purely for the love of it. A dice game I hope you'll enjoy around a virtual table.

One thing I want to be clear about: if you hit a bug or something breaks, write to me directly. I read everything and I'll do my best to fix it. It's a one-person labor of love, so your patience means a lot, but I genuinely care about making this run well for you.

So pour yourself a drink, gather a few friends around the table, and start bluffing.
