Impact: For endgame builds relying on Temporal Frenzy this will result in about 10-15% Attack Speed loss.

Strange new entities known as Modders have appeared across the Astroloot Sector. When destroyed, they drop Boxes filled with powerful Mods, some altered in ways that defy all known rules.
And there is a lot more to discover! (full patch notes)
A new Keystone that turns Damage over Time skills upside-down! Allocating this, DoT can cause On Hit Effects, while hits no longer can do this. On Hit Effects are Debris, Aftershock, Shock, Radiation, Knockback and Leech.
To make this work, the entire damage system has been rewritten. Damage preview for all On Hit Effects is working for both Hits and DoTs and lots of damage preview oddities have been fixed (burn, blind, radiation, debris, aftershock, shock ...).
Nine missions have been removed from the main path and turned into Modder side quests.
This is the perfect time to start a new build from scratch!
Monster Levels now grant 1% Item Rarity per Monster Level above 70 for all sectors. Special handling for Abyss has been removed.
Starting from monster level 200 onwards monster armor / damage increase at roughly 10x the current amount
Your Abyss progression will be migrated to the new scaling, so that you are at the same power level as before
Abyss Levels up to your maximum completed Monster Level so far can now be fast-forwarded.
Mission stats show the detailed graph of damage you dealt during your last mission.
A new unique sector "Dojo" has been added. Face the target dummy boss to test the true DPS of your build!
You can now switch between three Marble Machine Skill Tree loadouts. If this feature receives positive feedback, we will add this feature in some form to the main Skill Tree as well in a future update!
All hit-based weapons in the game have been rebalanced. Previously, most hit-based weapons roughly doubled their base attack speed from Scrap to Eternal quality.
Combined with the multiple sources of iAS the game offers this leads to sim-slowdowns during endgame and on-hit-effects being massively overpowered.
Now, base attack speed stays the same on all qualities for hit-based weapons. To compensate, base damage has been adjusted to match the previous DPS of these weapons. Some underperforming weapons have received a bit higher buffs to their base damage.
Laser base damage has been buffed by roughly 10% at all qualities
Waste Mine base damage has been buffed by roughly 120% at all qualities
This new unique has been designed by Paul, the player that reached the technical Abyss limit in version 0.6! It can roll 420 (!) different variants, so Paul and I thought it would be a good idea to add a special Wheel of Fortune craft mode only for this item.
If you have already found Glitch#0x7 before, it will automatically migrate to the new unique and permanently show Originally found as Glitch#0x7 written on the item.
If you have not found Glitch#0x7 before, the new item is an exclusive boss drop! Hint: Should be close to Paul's favorite place in Astroloot!
Boss Exhaustion now grants 4% more Damage taken per Stack (previously 3%)
Tyrant Cruncher now grants Bosses take 3% more Damage per Exhaustion Stack and no longer grants 20 to maximum Boss Exhaustion
Burden of Collapse now grants 40 to maximum Boss Exhaustion (previously 15) and grants Bosses exhaust 80% faster (previously 28%)
Stressed Overlords now grants 28% more Damage against Bosses (previously 18%)
Boss Exhaustion buffs in multiplayer are no longer additive, instead only best of all buffs are applied
Shae has been reworked to make the Spirit Animal more accessible. Serpent Ghost got very powerful new ability and Charged Coil should be very interesting for Energy stackers!
Lord Chicken's layout has been improved to access relevant skills more easily. A new skill Dash Lord has been added that grants:
20% Damage taken from Dash
60% increased Damage per Dash Slot
2% Dodge per Dash Slot
Vorak has received a very small layout improvement, that should allow a bit more flexibility when building around this Spirit Animal!
Soloist now deals 200% more Damage if only one Weapon is equipped (previously 180%)
New Skill Aberration grants "Damage over Time can trigger On Hit Effects / Hits cannot trigger On Hit Effects"
Radiant Annihilation now has "Only Radiation can deal Nuclear Damage" instead of "Hits deal no Nuclear Damage"
Eye Picker now also grants 10% more Blind Effect
New Skill Core Stabilizer grants 50 Armor and 2% Armor Repair
Shield Surge now also grants 8% chance for Damage to not interrupt Deflector Shield Recharge
Flash Shield now grant 50% faster start of Deflector Shield Recharge (previously 30%)
