OG Lobby Mode

• Reminder: Nut resets in OG Lobby Mode every Wednesday at midnight EST / 9pm PST.

• Modules and wrenches grabbed from the pedestals in the Hangar no longer hold any value when sold via Selling Machine (no infinite nuts for you, sorry)
• Fixed an issue where spawning in a room with gooped items can cause a crazy lag spike that can freeze the game for 10+ seconds
• Some experimental improvements to item movement (especially with long items) - let us know if this feels good or not, we will continue improving on this
• OG mode 99999 shop issue fixed
• turrets should hit themselves a lot less
• Ships cost less nuts to spawn

CHANGES

• The bigger bunny in the shipwrecks.. lets just say... she got uhh, scarier.

FIXES

• Classic mode now saves nut balance properly. It will still clear if you fully reset your device. Investigating moving it to a better persistence model this week.

• Classic mode entry (og.exe) is now saved on the server side. It will remain even if you are on a new device / reinstall.

• There should now be a lot more module crates in the ships, a lot more.

• Invention related login crashes should be improved. For now, held inventions are cleared on login. This is to help with several physics bugs. For now avoid logging out while holding an invention, it won't be there when you rejoin.

• Fixes for some distance asteroid flickering when single pass stereo is having trouble.

Known issues we are working on

• OG lobby having weird 99999 money if you restart.

• Several OG lobby inconsistencies.

• Server bouncing people randomly, we believe this is tied to some of the anti-cheat.

• Physics related login bugs -> Basically when you join, all of your overlapping items can cause huge physics spikes. Working on it.

Get 70,000 XP+ and as much as 5,000 nuts when completing these new Canopy Jobs:

Complete new quests to get new cosmetics

• "Slaying in the Deep" quest: Kill Shadow Boss 50 times to get a special underground gold crown

• "Smile!" quest: Kill Smiley 10 times to get a smiley balloon

Important Notes:

• Your quest progress is saved across multiple sessions - as long as you don't reinstall the app.

• If you and friend kill boss at the same time together, you will each get rewarded with 1 Kill toward the 50 times.

• You can check your individual quest progress at the Map Table in Lobby, where the quest popup message is located.

• Video challenge unlocked: Can you complete these quests in 1 session?
