A summary of what's changed since the last patch notes. This batch of releases affect mostly under the hood.
Game Engine update: Agari's game engine (Bevy) has been migrated from Bevy 0.18 to 0.19. Nothing about how the game plays changes. It keeps future work on a current, supported base. Written up in more detail here for those of you who are interested: https://agari.app/devlog/bevy-019-migration/
Additional power savings. Optimizations wherever possible to allow for cooler and quieter machines and better battery life on laptops, Steam Deck, and other mobile devices.
Fixed a crash at launch on Windows when a game controller is connected. Thanks to the player who reported the issue on the community page!
A possible fix for Linux players with launch issues when using the snap version of Steam. Please let me know on the community page if the problem persists! Thanks to those of you who shared crash logs which helped me investigate the issue.
Online multiplayer improvements. When a table stalls due to a player disconnect, you can now see which player the game is waiting on. Host client now sees a countdown on the absent player's pill indicating the time remaining before a CPU player is dropped in to cover the seat. Various other miscellaneous improvements.
Additional range of smaller bug fixes and performance improvements.
