Full Steam announcements and update articles for this title.
This update focuses on improving progression rewards, making the Universal Prison flow more streamlined, and introducing additional improvements to the Forge system.
Transformation Rewards have been increased.
Players will now receive:
400,000 Transformation Points for every Dimensional Reset or Energy Reset.
500 Energy Tokens with every reset.
The Universal Prison has received quality-of-life improvements.
If your Prison Level is greater than 2, the dialogue between Grakzul's phases will now be skipped and the next phase will begin immediately.
Energy Resets and Dimensional Resets now contribute towards your Prison Level.
For example:
5 Energy Resets
4 Dimensional Resets
+1 Prison completion
Will now increase your Prison Level by 10.
Strength Energy has now been added to the Energy Forge.
Players can now improve:
Strength
Spirit
Fury
Dexterity
Arcane
The charge time for Colossal Blast has been reduced.
You will still need to charge the attack for longer than before to reach its highest power, but it should now feel much smoother to use.
Your Dimensional Reset level now increases the chance of obtaining a Perfect Roll on forged armour.
Converting S+ Rated Armour now has a chance to reward an S+ Token.
Additionally:
Armour conversion now checks your Coin amount before awarding Coins.
If a Coin overflow would occur, your Coins will automatically be set to 1.9 billion to prevent integer overflow issues.
Thank you for continuing to support 9 Days.
This update introduces the new Energy Forge, expands the ways you can earn Transformation Points, and includes several balance adjustments to endgame content.
A new Energy Forge has been added to The Proving.
The Energy Forge allows players to increase one of the following stats:
Spirit
Fury
Dexterity
Arcane
The forge uses its own Energy Tokens along with Crystals to craft upgrades.
Completing the final wave of The Proving.
Final Cycle after Round 11.
Interdimensional Gate encounters (each chest drops Energy Tokens).
The Greatest Tournament.
Void Realm Games on Balu (opening chests has a chance to drop an Energy Token).
Miraye's School Challenge.
Winning a round in Interdimensional Games (chance to drop an Energy Token).
This update also introduces many more ways to earn Transformation Points.
Accumulate points through endgame activities, then claim your rewards in the All Dimensional Realm.
Transformation Points can now be earned from:
Final Cycle after Round 11.
Trading S+ Tokens at the Dimensional Forge.
Completing the Interdimensional Gate.
Completing the Greatest Tournament.
Completing the Hamian Tournament.
Defeating Cynthia.
Defeating any Mirror World enemy.
Colossal Blast Absorb could become overly powerful in a short amount of time.
To better balance the skill:
Charge time has been increased.
Damage has not been reduced.
Maximum power remains unchanged, but reaching that power now requires a little more commitment.
The power cap for the Greatest Tournament has been increased to better support players reaching much higher power levels.
Thank you for continuing to support 9 Days.
This update focuses on improving build crafting, reducing unnecessary RNG, expanding endgame rewards, and introducing an entirely new daily endgame event.
A new Focused Forge has been added to The Proving in the Null Horizon.
The Focused Forge allows you to use a Token to forge any piece of armour already in your inventory.
This gives players much greater control over their builds by allowing them to upgrade the equipment they actually want to use, rather than relying entirely on RNG.
Once you've acquired the perfect armour for your build, you can continue improving it through the Focused Forge.
Prime Armour can no longer be found inside standard chests.
Finding Prime Armour very early in the game could dramatically unbalance progression.
Prime Armour is now intended to be earned through:
Purchasing it from the Forge.
Progressing through the Null Horizon.
Other intended endgame activities.
Several activities now reward significantly more Crystals.
Crystal rewards have been added or increased for:
Fifth Dimension Contracts.
Balu Games.
Miraye's School Mini Game.
These changes provide additional ways to earn Crystals throughout your playthrough.
Every time you complete a Dimensional Reset or an Energy Reset, you will now receive a reward box.
Each reward box contains:
200,000 Transformation Points
You may choose which transformation to invest these points into.
The reward box becomes available after completing the Storyline All Dimensional.
The Mirror World has begun to invade.
After completing the secret Mirror World questline, a new daily world event becomes available.
At the beginning of each in-game day, you'll receive a prompt directing you to the invasion.
Mirror World Warriors are among the strongest enemies in the game and are designed to be one of the toughest endgame challenges.
Defeating them rewards Mirror Masks, allowing you to wear the appearance of familiar characters as cosmetic equipment.
Transformation appearances have been adjusted to provide greater cosmetic freedom.
Hoods, helmets and other compatible headgear will now remain visible while transformed, allowing for far more armour customisation.
Thank you once again for the continued support of 9 Days.
This update focuses heavily on Transformation progression, making your chosen forms a legitimate and rewarding path to gaining power. Nearly every transformation has been rebalanced to be competitive, allowing you to build around the form you enjoy the most.
The more you train a transformation, the more rewarding it becomes.
Transformations have been significantly reworked to better reward investment.
Previously, points invested into your Ascension Table were simply added to your transformation. These points are now multiplied, resulting in much greater gains as you continue to train your favourite forms.
This applies to:
True Protector Points
Omni Points
Wrathpoints
Sincerus was already using this multiplier system and remains unchanged.
Most transformations are now much closer in power, allowing for far more build variety than before.
With these changes, character progression is now more focused around building your own playstyle.
The ideal build now revolves around:
Obtaining the highest stat gear possible.
Pairing it with a Prime Armour that complements your build.
Further boosting that stat through Energy Absorption.
Multiplying that power through your Transformation Points.
Every part of your build now works together to create significantly stronger transformations.
To help with the new transformation progression, the Flux Vendor has been expanded.
Alongside the previously added True Protector and Omni upgrades, you can now purchase a new enhancement that doubles the points earned for all transformation progression.
This applies across all respective transformation point systems.
All recently added Prime Armours have been buffed.
Many of the original Prime Armours have also been adjusted to better complement the new transformation system.
Be sure to revisit your favourite Prime Armours you may discover entirely new build possibilities.
Additionally:
One new Infusor has been added to the rotation.
Need somewhere to test your new builds?
A high-health training dummy has been added to the Oracle's Planet, allowing players to properly test damage and compare builds without enemies being defeated too quickly.
The secret Representative Questline has received a major story expansion.
If you have already completed this questline, head over to the Oracle's home to experience the new ending.
Fixed an issue where Auto Collect could interfere with player movement.
The spinning throw now consumes Energy when used.
New Music for Null Horizon
Thank you for continuing to support 9 Days.
I'm excited to see the new builds and combinations players come up with following this transformation overhaul. Nearly every transformation is now a viable way to play, so don't be afraid to experiment and find a build that suits your style.

This update focuses on bug fixes, secret content adjustments, and several balance improvements.
Fixed an issue where the Pyramid Secret was not functioning correctly.
The Great Pyramids should now spawn properly.
For players searching in the same locations, keep in mind that the Great Pyramids spawn in different random locations and may not appear where you previously found them.
Fixed an issue where bosses and enemies could occasionally disappear when thrown.
If an enemy disappears during a throw, they will now be teleported back to their location before the throw occurred.
Fixed a visual issue that could sometimes occur during the Omni and Omen transformations.
Finalith Energy now correctly drops from the Trials of the Finalith.
Fixed an issue where the final encounter of the Interdimensional Gate could softlock after failing too many times.

This update introduces new combat mechanics, new ways to interact with the environment, new endgame energies to discover, hidden secret adjustments, and bug fixes.

The Triangles used for one of the hidden secrets no longer have a cooldown and can now be completed as many times as you like.
Fixed an issue where Queen could drop multiple copies of one of the new Prime Armours related to a hidden secret.
This patch focuses on major reworks to existing skills and transformations, new Prime Armours, hidden secrets, quest progression adjustments, new settings, quality-of-life improvements, and bug fixes.

Thank you once again to everyone who continues to support 9 Days.
This patch introduces a brand new forge and game mode inside the Null Horizon focused on helping players acquire some of the highest level gear in the game.
Using Tokens found in The Proving, players can now craft Legendary and Prime gear.
Legendary Armour:
1 Token
500 Crystals
Prime Armour:
1 Token
1000 Crystals
All Prime gear is available in the Forge, including all Infusor variants.
The level of your Token determines the rating of the armour crafted.
Excess Tokens can be scrapped to gain additional Crystals.
Tokens can be obtained in the new The Proving game mode, but can also be obtained in the Final Cycle after defeating All Dimensional.
The Dimensional Forge and The Proving unlock after defeating Storyline All Dimensional.
While this is a great new way to acquire extremely high-level gear, it contains heavy RNG elements. If you want the absolute highest guaranteed drops consistently, the Interdimensional Grind is still the best method.
The Proving is a new wave-based game mode where enemies have a chance to spawn Tokens.
Token level is determined by your Proving level.
There are now 6 Token Levels.
Your Dimensional Reset value increases the chance of higher Token drops.
The computer near the Dimensional Forge can be used to start The Proving.
Wits Challenge now has improved marker guidance.
Strength Challenge icons now point directly towards the NPC to make locating them easier.
The Strongest Tournament in the All Dimensional Realm was incorrectly spawning before All Dimensional was defeated.
NPCs now suggest that players participate in the Interdimensional Games to become stronger before facing Kod.
Storyline Kod health has been increased.
Storyline Third Razul health has been increased.
Warden and Prisoner 5 now reward better gear ratings to better prepare players for the All Dimensional Arc.
Creation Beam at Level 4 caused issues with players falling through the landscape. The size of Creation Beam at Level 4 has been reduced.
The Middle Mouse Button tutorial prompt incorrectly appeared while using a controller.
Coins will now automatically track towards the player after a certain amount of time.
Added a new setting to uncap Colossal Blast destruction.
The Energy-based INT overflow bug has been fixed.
The Vitality INT overflow issue has not yet been fully fixed, as it requires significantly more work than the other stat overflows.
Armour should now remain below the 2 billion threshold that caused the overflow issue.
I also recommend avoiding farming Vitality Energy if your Vitality stat is approaching the billions.
The True Protector and Omni buffs found in the All Dimensional Realm have been increased.
Idris Will has been buffed.
Kod’s Wings (Solo Prime) now buffs Omni similarly to how Razul’s Markings buffs True Protector.

There is a separate platform for summoning the Hamian training.
There are now visual cues for the last two encounters of the Interdimensional Gate instead of just relying on the audio cues (Raid).
New hints are now added into the loading screen.
The marker for Absorbing the sun now adds "Hold for 10 seconds).
Patch 19/04/2026
Trigger to start flight in tutorial area larger.

Finalith Final Round gives better rewards.
Prime variants have now been added to all regular energies in Energy Reset Runs.
Every regular energy now has a chance to spawn as a Prime variant.
This chance increases based on your Energy Reset number.
Visuals
Prime energies will now glow with a strong emissive colour.
Star variants remain visually similar, but can be identified using your scope.
These changes are designed to bring back the feeling of early-game energy discovery, while significantly boosting power to make enemies feel less tanky.
A new upgrade platform has been added in the All Dimensional Realm (City area, near the Forge).
Players can now upgrade:
Omni
True Protector
These upgrades:
Increase the multiplier of your invested stats.
Scale based on how much you have already invested.

UPDATE 5/04/2026
9th Day boss fight bug where players could go outside barrier and the boss not registering defeat.
Dimensional Armour Runs have been buffed - most notably in the Null Horizon, Interdimensional Tournament, Final Cycle and Strongest Tournament Rewards. This gives another path to get stronger and onto the leaderboards rather than relying on Energy.
Dimensional Armour Runs now multiply the increment number. So if you were on a 3rd Dimensional Run, it would multiply the increment number by 3. This gives another path to get stronger and onto the leaderboards rather than relying on Energy.
The Past now has energies scattered throughout the world. In the City and School areas.
Arc banners now pop up after a significant progression in the story. This was added so players would know that the 9th Day isn't the end.
First of all, thank you to the entire community for supporting 9 Days for two years. Your feedback, playthroughs, and discussions have helped shape the game into what it is today. This update introduces a brand new competitive endgame activity along with major system improvements and balance changes.
A new competitive Tournament has appeared.
The Tournament unlocks after defeating the All Dimensional in the story. Once you speak with the Tournament NPC, you will gain access to the global rankings.
Players can now upload their Power Rating to the Leaderboards.
Inside the Energy Menu, you will now find a new option:
“Upload Score”
There is also a Leaderboard Board in the world that allows you to view the Top 50 ranked players.
Each platform summons a warrior pulled from the Top 50 Leaderboards.
As you progress, the warriors become stronger and higher ranked.
Fight your way through the platforms to reach the greatest warrior.
Daily Chest (In-Game Day) – awarded for completing the Tournament.
Daily Chest (Real Life Day) – awarded based on your Leaderboard Ranking.
The Greatest Tournament also includes exclusive armour rewards and leaderboard chest rewards containing exclusive armour and energy depending on your rank.
Energy Composition has been reworked for competitive play.
The previous Speedrun Leaderboard was unfortunately affected by a mod created which unbalanced the leaderboards previously. This update introduces Crystals as a new core currency for eco composition as the previous mod doesn't account for the new Crystal currency.
Crystals are now used at the Forge to improve Eco Composition.
Players can purchase 1, 10, or 100 upgrades at once.
All endgame activities now reward Crystals.
Crystal rewards increase based on your Dimensional Level.
A new Energy Vendor has been added, allowing players to purchase energies, similar to the Final Cycle rewards.
This vendor also uses Crystals.
Don't worry — there are now many new ways to earn Crystals and Energy Capacity, and Crystal purchases are intentionally low-cost so upgrades remain accessible.
Players can now:
Remove a single energy
Remove all energy of a specific type
Energy Capacity now increases automatically through endgame activities. Please note that it will display your full energy capacity and not the number it is updating by. This will change next update.
Interdimensional Games
+1 Capacity for defeating a boss.
Prison
+1 Capacity when upgrading the Prison.
Trials of the Finalith & Null Horizon
Capacity increases based on progression depth.
Raid
Heavy capacity increase for completing the Interdimensional Gate.
Final Cycle

Previously values could overflow and become negative after 2 billion.
This update applies the 64-bit system to:
Power Rating
Vitality
Energy
Spirit
and all other major stats
This allows players to push their power far higher without breaking the engine.
The engine still has limits, but these values now scale much further than before.

UPDATE 11TH MARCH 2026 CRYSTAL REWARDS (LIST) Defeating All Dimensional Final Cycle Interdimensional Games The Greatest Tournament Null Horizon Finalith Tournament Interdimensional Gate Interdimensional Beings have a chance to drop Crystals Increasing the Prisoner level. I won't disclose the best method as this will help with the competitve nature of finding the best ways to improve your energy capacity. Experiment and you will find a method you enjoy. Getting Crystals is actually quite easy. INTERDIMENSIONAL GAMES NEW NODES
There is two new nodes avaliable in the Interdimensional Games tournament. These nodes will increment the number per level. So instead of incrementing by 1, it will increment by the number you selected at the node. An example, the highest is 51. If you choose this and complete hundred rounds, you will increase the tournament by 5100 levels. This was added so that there is another way to get stronger rather than only relying on increasing your energy capacity.
IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES Boxer has been added to Final Cycle as if players cannot defeat the other players in the tournament they will be locked out of this Prime Armour. Display leaderboards should correctly show the Power Ratings. Crystals have been added to the UI menu and they will pop up once you have collected them from the end game activities. Final Cycle money glitch fixed. Idris was accidently had more health in the first training session has been reverted. Finalith now drops correct crystals after level 4. UPDATE 14TH MARCH 2026
Dimensional and Energy Resets were incorrectly scaling for the Final Cycle enemies. ArcaneMaster is available in the Null Horizon early game. Enemies were not scaling to their health in the Energy Reset. Now everything should scale accordingly.
Optimised multiple Energy drops for activities that exponentially increase drop rates. Instead of dropping individual Energy items, drops are now consolidated into a single Energy drop with a multiplier (Example: Oblivion ×10). You will still need to have enough Energy Capacity to pick up that energy. This significantly reduces lag during high-density activities.
Infusor stats have been increased during the final round of Finalith.
Infusor Prime Armour Drops
Infusor Prime Armours are now guaranteed to drop after the first time All Dimensional is defeated in the Final Cycle.
The number of Infusor Prime drops now scales with Prestige level, up to a maximum of 5 drops.

I’ve been working on 9 Days for a long time now, and this update is a big milestone for me. While this is the last major story update, I’m not disappearing — I’ll continue to release bug fixes, balance tweaks, and quality-of-life improvements moving forward.
Thank you for believing in the game, for sharing feedback, and for being patient as it grew into what it is today.
Please keep the feedback coming — it genuinely helps.
– The Developer
The Future Announcement Hey everyone! (I posted this on discord but also good for the Steam Community to hear too!).
During my break, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to move forward with 9 Days. The plan is to release one final major content update, which will serve as the big send-off for this version of the game.
After that, my focus will shift toward getting 9 Days ready for a console release. I’ll still be updating the game with bug fixes and smaller tweaks when needed, but I think it’s time to prepare for the next big step — and eventually start work on the next version of 9 Days, built on a newer engine version.
It’s been an incredible journey since 2021, and I can’t thank you all enough for sticking with me through every update, idea, and experiment. This next chapter is going to be exciting — I can’t wait to share more soon.
— Dev P.S If you have any ideas or anything you want in the game, post them in this thread!
First off, thank you again for playing and supporting 9 Days. Patch 1.1 is here, and it’s one of the biggest updates yet.
This update will test your wits, strength, and skill. There are no hints. Every challenge must be solved by you, the player.
A new raid-style activity has been added. (You can find this in the Plane of Existence, after you have unlocked the Universal Prison).
Features brand-new story content, characters, and lore tied to the fallout of the Universal Order.
Face a devastating new enemy race and uncover what their arrival means for the universe.
The raid is the only way to obtain new Prime Items and powerful pieces of armour.
New Prime Items added to the pool.
Additional armour sets tied to the new raid challenges.
Throws are no longer static. They will now change based on your melee type.
New achievements have been added, tied to the raid and new gameplay content. HOT FIX UPDATE: - FINAL BOSS LESS DIALOGUE AND LOWER VOLUME SO YOU CAN HEAR BETTER. - VISUAL CONES FOR 4TH ENCOUNTER SO YOU CAN SEE WHERE NOT TO GO. - HARD MODE LAST ENCOUNTER ARMOUR STATS BOOSTED. Those who are having difficulty with the Raid below is a simple guide on each puzzle. If you want to work it out yourself don't watch this video.
Thank you for standing with me on this journey. Excited to see you play this one.
— The Dev
This patch focuses on expanding Prime Armours and introducing a new challenge in the Null Horizon.
Kod’s Wings have been added to the Null Horizon Prime Armour pool.
Muzayafists now summon clones to assist in battle. (Clones scale with Players Health and Strength).
A number of you have asked about combining multiple Prime Armours.
Infusor Prime Armour randomly fuses two different Prime properties into one piece.
When you find an Infusor, check the description to see which traits you’ve inherited.
Over 20 unique combinations are possible.
A new trial has appeared in the Null Horizon — the most difficult challenge in the game to date.
This is the only way to obtain Infusor Prime Armour.
Five escalating trials.
Solar Rain: Reduced damage slightly. Now always consumes 10% of your energy bar on use.
Hammerhead Melee Buff: Increased melee damage — stronger than ever.
Grakzul Adjustment: Now spawns directly on the player to ensure proper aggro.
Thanks again for all the feedback and support! Excited to see the new Infusor builds people discover — keep sharing your combinations and chaos!
This patch makes balance tweaks, bug fixes.
Transformations have been boosted for even more power.
Furyborn build has been buffed.
Soulbinders: Energy Bomb, Machine, Air Cutter, and Mana Wave all do more damage.
Melee overall buffed – especially when using Hammerhead or Infernaskin.
Big damage numbers are back! Damage numbers have been visually inflated for that satisfying screen-filling effect. (This is purely visual – your actual damage hasn’t changed. You can turn big numbers off in game settings.)
Fixed bug where Prime Armour was wrongly increasing stats unequipped.
Solar Rain now consumes more energy.
The Prison gets tougher after level 54 for those chasing harder fights – and your armour stat numbers will scale up too.
No longer a cap on energy dropped from Grakzul and the Warden fight.
Hammerhead + Saber Slash + True Protector: massive damage and lots of healing while attacking.
Furyborn + True Protector: set Homing Fury traps before the boss spawns, then use Rapid Volley for huge damage spikes.
Sharpshot + True Protector: Solar Arrow and Solar Rain will melt anything.
Soulbinders + Omni: Mana Wave heals and hits hard, and boosts your Spirit attacks.
Transformations can go beyond level 4! Stay transformed and defeat enemies to keep powering up:
Omni: watch your Spirit, Strength and Focus increase (check the Omni tooltip).
True Protector: keep fighting, then spend your earned points at the table.
Build your loadout around your playstyle. Example: Soulbinders work best with high Arcane & Spirit stats – try farming the Interdimensional Games or Null Horizon for gear to boost those stats.
Thank you all so much for playing and sharing your feedback. Keep the ideas and discoveries coming – there are still many hidden combos waiting to be found! Image by Chaos - a member in the discord community!
Don’t panic — the lower numbers are by design!
The main focus of this patch is to scale things down. Astronomically high damage numbers were causing issues for the game engine, so we’ve adjusted numbers across the board.
Hitting in the thousands is now considered the new million
Boss health has been scaled down too, so fights remain balanced
Every playstyle has been significantly buffed — but you’ll need to invest in specific stats, prime armour, and transformations to unlock high damage potential. Try out all the skills to see what has been changed. You might find a hidden playstyle which you like.
Check Melee descriptions for new scaling types and stat influences
Prime Item adjustments: further support for unique playstyles
Mana Wave now scales with Arcane and Spirit
Air Cutter scales with Arcane, Spirit, and Strength
Hamian Hammer scales with Strength, Fury, and Dexterity
Saber Slash scales with Strength and Dexterity
Flury scales with Strength and Spirit
Inferno Hammer scales with Strength and Fury
Normal Melee scales with Strength and Dexterity
Dexterity increases further through the Energy Control stat
Arcane increases through Omni Focus
Omni points can now be earned by defeating enemies while staying transformed
New concentration platforms on Pilgrim Planet, Central — let you focus on specific Omni types
Earn points while defeating enemies in True Protector
New Power Rating in the Energy Menu shows your overall strength
Moon Base armour rewards now scale with the day you visit — later days = stronger armour
Universal Prison Upgrade: after defeating the Fifth Prisoner at 100%, you can upgrade the prison for stronger prisoners and better rewards
Thank you to everyone for your feedback, support, and patience. Please remember to back up your save files before the upcoming Cloud Saving update!
